​@@ncsavant1192I've been playing morrowind recently and I was actually surprised about the crispness of all the audio tracks, maybe it's exclusive of the re-release, but then Dagoth's AI voice is clearly not taken from compressed or low quality audio. I'd say the difference comes from the voice acting in the first place, _how_ the performance delivered those lines lent itself well: a deep, sonorous voice with clear intonations and little variation in general. I'm also guessing it's easier to adjust some things by hand afterwards for that extra touch.

For example, orcs are dumb brutes, dark elves are assassins and magicians, wood elves use primarily ranged weapons and live in natural homes, nords are viking barbarians.

I wonder if they'll ever release an Elder scrolls game set in an earlier age. Maybe no iron, or maybe really rare iron/steel items. Only stone, Tin, copper, bronze glass and Daedric weapons. Maybe have Snow Elves and Dwemer be playable. Maybe have earlier elves too... Idk... I don't know all of the early lore, but I know its kind of deep. I imagine it would feel like peering into and trying to imagine a Biblical worldview that is before the deluge, so with Nephilim leaders and fallen angels and Chimeras running around... Obviously with Elder Scrolls lore, though. It just seems weird, but also interesting to me that there is so much ancient lore in the Elder Scrolls games that clearly indicates a very different world than the world you actually play in.

I realise it's a parody, but that's not at all what Argonians are. They're not even a species, many of them might not be related in any way, shape, or form that resembles regular familial genetics. The hist called or captured a bunch of animals and metamorphosed them all into an amalgam of different genetic traits such as vocal cords, mammary glands, gills, lungs, hands, etc. The reason the hist invented these slavo-raptors is to act as their legion, for means of warfare and diplomacy with men and mer. And they work, the Daedra fear these things so much that Molag Baal tried to kidnap one of the Hist but it just got depressed and offed itself instead.
