Please keep the history going. While a lot of it is secular, it helps me understand Paul’s circumstances and therefore helps me understand why he says some of the things he says

Love the Greek history. One of my students went to Greece this summer and I was able to have a semi-intelligent conversation with her and the class about Athens. I even asked her if she knew why Athens was plural. Ha

Yes!! I had no idea about the Masonic family curses until I watched The National Shrine of Divine Mercy with Father Chris Alar, he introduced Father Mark Baron. Fr. Mark spoke about it and gave prayers for the decedents to pray. I prayed it and felt like a weight was lifted. My great grandfather was a Mason and My grandmother was an eastern star. I had things happening in my life that I never realized were tied to this. Such a huge relief!!

Hi Fr. Joe and all the fans of truth . Love the history. Reconciliation that’s another problem for me………what happened to public absolution ie. during Covid, times of war etc.. . Why does a new priest in a parish have the authority to remove the public sacrament of forgiveness. I’m happy to go to private confession in a city church away from home 🫣 . Maybe it’s a matter of pride (another sin ) . I have confessed all the mortaliers . How many times do I need to do that.? Thanks for all the help . Love you all the pooch included. 😧
