I love this video! I hope you keep interviewing her at least once a year or so. And now we know how you got to be such a great person. (One of my father's 96 year old associates still has 20-20 vision, which I think is amazing. His secret is that he loves baking as a hobby and doesn't watch TV or movies. )

Love this! My grandpa lived to 102 and I wish I had interviewed him on video. So special to have! He was just like your mom (grandma) super sharp and with it! Loved her interview!

So sweet! She’s a great grandmom! My grandmom is 97 (she actually just fell recently and got two black eyes from hitting her head on a table, and she still refuses to move in with us) I’m glad your grandmom is safe, happy, and healthy. Thanks for sharing the interview, Taylor!

100 years what a milestone! Your grandma is amazing and I can tell she has had a major influence on your personality and values too ❤ my takeaways from grandma’s wealth of knowledge is that: 1. Relationships are the most important things in life (getting along and spending time with family, friends, and your partner is key) 2. Money is only an asset (it’s necessary to live a good life but life isn’t always about money) 3. Develop good habits while still young (don’t smoke, limit drinking, have a glass half full mentality and get enough rest) I think all millennials and Gen Z can take a lot away from that as things they can improve on

Aw Taylor, I loved this so much! I’m from Southwestern Virginia about 15 miles from the Kentucky border, and her accent and experiences remind me so much of my grandparents. My great uncle and my best friend both went to Berea College as well! I’ve visited several times. It’s a beautiful campus and town!

You are so blessed to still have your grandmother at 100! She is amazing and definitely still sharp! Both of my maternal grandparents would have been 100 last year were they still with us. My grandmother passed in 1999, and my grandfather passed in 2020.

My siblings and I have always called our maternal grandmother "Mom", because I couldn't say "grandma" when I was younger. You're the only other person I've heard call their maternal grandmother "Mom" -- love it!

My grandma lived to be 102 1/2 years old and was still pretty sharp and playing cards and doing art till a few months till she passed away! She also did stained glass windows and taught me how to do them too and she taught me how to play cards too! I’ve always wanted to interview my grandma about all the life experience and world events that she lived through but never did…

Aaaaw I loved this Taylor. I smiled all the way through it and I'm still smiling. 'Mom' is such a sweetheart and what a blessing that she is still sharp, articulate and can still remember so much of her life at 100 years of age. Her priorities of love and family, her happiness with life and her positive nature are definitely keeping her going strong.
