Long distance is not easy. I just got married to my highschool sweetheart. We started dating when we were 15 and now we are 23. 3 of those years were long distance while in college and it wasn’t easy, but SO worth it. I did long distance with my now husband, He was in the military at the time, But he flew home every weekend, It can be hard, but at the same time I feel like it makes your relationship stronger, I know you'll be able to do it, You both are so right for each other and I do see you getting married later on in life..Just do alot of face timing and alot of gifts\letters and it'll be like he never left 😁

I’m doing long distance now because I’m in Cape Coral and my boyfriend lives in Boca Raton. But he visits once in a while. I’m telling you FaceTiming everyday helps a lot. Looking back at pictures of you guys too helps alot

Honestly long distance is probably the hardest thing to get through. But I was in a long distance relationship for 4 years. The biggest thing to focus on is trust and your love for each other. It gets really hard and you want to give up but trust me when I say that you don’t want to end it just because it’s hard. You will still see each other in person from time to time and FaceTime and text. But at the same time it completely destroyed my trust and I feel like that is the number one thing to work on and believe. Now that I’m no longer in that relationship, my trust is just nonexistent because we didn’t put enough effort into it. With my current relationship, I’m still struggling.. hard.. with my trust but now I’m about to have a baby with him so the hormones are making it even harder and just the thoughts in my head. So please put your trust before anything else. And ALWAYS REMEMBER, rather you’re together physically or not, your love for each other is stronger than you will ever actually realize. Your love is what will get you through the hard times of being away. Good luck guys! I know you will be just fine ❤️

12:14 oh boy 😂 I think people should definitely understand that you guys still have a private life and respect that and tbh y’all aren’t even that awkward... also good luck for when you’re doing long distance, just believe in yourself/each other! You’ll get through this and it’ll make your relationship stronger. Ik this is way different... but me and my best friend had a hard time really staying in touch and talking much after I moved because of the time zones but we eventually figured it out after about a month or more (and have figured out ways of hanging out over zoom together or sth, watching movies together is still possible and stuff lol). Just never give up on each other and when you’re really just having a hard time or sth as you guys said communication is key. But you guys will get through this for sure!
