on the motor racing thing, there greg: as a USA resident for my lifetime, visited ireland once, don't see much in the way of performance vehicles making their way around a track for nextel, then sprint, and then maybe t-mobile next. it's a bunch of this and that. i would rather watch the open championship. have golfed a limited amount in my years, and it intrigues me immensely. have driven automobiles off and on. had a coupe quattro 2.5 litre 20v five that could do 135 mph without breathing too hard, but i still never could think of automobiles as a sport: except, yes- i wanted to be a race car driver when i was five years of age. there was this japanese cartoon called "speed racer." but when i turned eight, there was "the brady bunch," and i wanted to be an architect.

As you age, does time seem to move slower? Mathematically, a 6 year old is 100% older than a 3 year old ; a 12 year old is 100% older than a 6 year old, and so on. The intervals between age doubling becomes longer and longer. People change so much during the time their age doubles... [In other words, do you perceive the changes faster or slower?]
