多謝好有用的分享,我會預先寫To Do List,若明天有特別事,例如見醫生,抽血,去入境處詢問……不用時鐘響會自動起床。贊同睡醒頭腦特別清醒,之前想不通,不知怎解决的難題,醒來會想到方法解决。要安排時間做運動,不要懒惰。希望收到健康產品,幫助解決頭髮稀疏,易脱掉,兩鬢愈來愈多白髮,指甲經常無故断掉,多謝分享寶貴體。

我每朝630起身 湊女返學後 7點就做運動 做45分鐘 沖涼搭車返工 每日都好精神 好充實😊😊😊

we should talk about this. Time management is so important
It's my second day listening to your channel and sounds interesting. I might keep listening for another day or more, if it's worth. When you claim the hair product is so amazing, I d like to get it and try if it really works and are you recommending viewers the right choice. .....I wrote this early in the morning, doing my exercise on the mat which is supposed to be the most productive time of my day.
