Just like when we were kid's. We write numbers and alphabet on an exercise book. The more we recite or even write the name Amitabha Buddha. The more we locks it solid in our mind and will eventually weld hard in our memory. Awakening is the name... Amitabha Buddha... Endless lives and endless energy! ❤❤❤❤❤

The right order of learning Buddhism. Belief, Understanding, Practice, and Realization. The first stage is belief. When we are able to believe then our conditions have matured. There is a saying " the Buddha is unable to help those who have no affinity with him". What is affinity ? It is being able to believe. Even a Buddha cannot help someone who conditions have not yet matured. Once we have the belief, we have to have understanding. Buddhism explains the truth of life and the universe. Only after one have acquired a true understanding of it, one begins to practice. Therefore practice is based on understanding. If we do not understand the principles and methods, how can we practice? True practice is based on the foundation of principles and correct methods. The ultimate goal of practice is to achieve attainments. What's attainment ? It is the application of what we believe, understand and practice in our daily lives, to attain the ultimate enjoyment in life. For example, what we find in the Infinite Life Sutra is just what we think and practice. What we think and practice in our daily lives conforms to the sutra. This is attainment and true reality and this is what makes Buddhism so valuable.

If you're accepting questions for videos, please answer my old question in a future video: is enlightenment still possible through individual efforts as taught in Theravada? Or do you think the world is too defiled and that only through rebirth in the Pure Land one may reach enlightenment in this Dhamma ending age?

I think I already answered before. In the Dharma ending age it's too difficult to realise enlightenment by self-effort, and hence Pure Land is the much safer way. Go to Pure Land first then realise enlightenment 🙏Amituofo

Vow to Chant the Buddha-name. Those who attain birth on the highest level of the highest grade are sentient beings who resolve to be born in that land, awaken the three kinds of faith and so are born there. What are the three? They are, First, the sincere faith; Second, the deep faith; and Third, the faith that seeks birth there by transferring one’s merit. If living beings remember the Buddha and are mindful of the Buddha, they will certainly see the Buddha now and in the future. Being close to the Buddha, even without the aid of expedients, their hearts will open up themselves.
