if I had to choose, I really like the aura that a suburban town in Nagano prefecture has to offer
@kevinrevs4929 Жыл бұрын
Short but sweet. The smooth cinematography still captures the character of the scenery. It started with the old homes looking like an album of pictures that doesn't want to be changed. The sights appeared cold, grim, and mysterious. But when the sunlight stabs the surroundings, everything bleeds with radiant beauty, making the sights more captivating. Thanks a lot for this journey, Anna.
The music at the beginning was fantastic. You wouldn't think classical music would fit with traditional Japanese buildings but it totally did. Very well done as always

I don't think so. I think this was a town that has become in economic decline. It looks like most have left, including the wealth of trade.
Those browns and dark reds of the buildings go so well with the autumn colors. Gorgeous. I wish we had towns like this in my home country - rural, but still with winding streets. It's cool to see that people are still living there, too!
Anna! This time you had me at 0:07 seconds! The attention to detail - even the spiders get a shot at stardom. The beginning of the video is rather like a Kurosawa film only vertical rather than horizontal. 7:39 the water wheel juxtaposed with the modernity of the car. The beautiful natural colors of the autumn leaves and wooden buildings warming as the sun rises. Ever upwards until we reach a rustic little wooden bridge and finally a really neat suspension bridge. One of your best videos yet.

I have always been impressed by Anna’s ability to choose music in harmony with the visual presentation. In this piece of presentation I again witnessed the skillfulness. There are 3 parts of the musical tones: 1. A nostalgic tone, 2. A more Wa-fu/Japanese style tone, 3. A more transendental tone. 1 relates to the aging of the houses; 2 relates to the cultural heritage, 3 relates to the natural cycles transend the fading of human civilization. A marvellous artistic composition as always. Every month I anticipate for the next video for such reason.

Totally agreed! Her choice of music is outstanding. Great choice for the opening, as you say, with Grieg's "Solveig's Song". A masterpiece... like this amazing video! Also loved the choice of Beethoven's 7th Symphony (version for string orchestra) in Anna's latest video 【Autumn Leaves】A secret spot in Kyoto. Amazing!!!
