Q-Licious Green Onion Dipping Sauce For Any Barbecue Meats or Seafood # 11

INGREDIENTS:
▪︎ 4 bunches Green onion, chop finely
▪︎ 1/2 cup Olive oil or any oil
▪︎ 10 Tbsp Sugar
▪︎ 3 Tbsp Salt
▪︎ 4 teaspoons Chicken bouillon (You can use any brand, in this recipe I used the Korean brand because it does not have any vegetables bits in it like other brand does)
▪︎ 2 Tbsp ground Black pepper
▪︎ 1 cup + 4 Tbsp Lemon juice
▪︎ 15 fresh Chillies, cut thinly with a scissor (You can use 10 chilies if you don't like it spicy or put none if you have kids)
1st, FRY THE GREEN ONION:
Turn the stove on HIGH heat then add olive oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onions then give it a couple stir and turn off the heat or it will overcook and turn brown. Take the fried green onions out and put it in a mixing bowl to mix with the ingredients above.
LAST STEP, MIX THE SAUCE:
In a mixing bowl with the fried green onion, ADD:
▪︎ 10 tbsp Sugar
▪︎ 3 Tbsp Salt
▪︎ 4 teaspoons Chicken bouillon
▪︎ 2 Tbsp ground Black pepper
▪︎ 1 cup + 4 Tbsp Lemon juice
▪︎ 10-15 fresh Chillies cut thinly with a scissor.
Mixed everything together well until it's combined then its ready to serve with the spicy sate grilled squid or you can also dip the sauce with any barbecue meats or seafood. Enjoy! 😉
