Pixels are not all unlocked. They come in carrier locked and unlock variants. Try to do a Network Reset on your phone. Or go to Developer screen and confirm if it's locked. Anyways, how is Q Link service?

I first had Safelink, good phone they sent me! But every month they kept cutting my service off without explaining so i switched to Assurance wireless. I love assurance wireless data n hotspot but their phones are extemely cheap no name brand. Im on my 3rd replacement phone in 6 months n switching to airtalk or qlink or others debating which one has better service n better phone

Safelink did the samething to me. Sent me the phone with no explanation of my plan, turns out I only had 4gb of data, and 350 mins of talk. Then they just cut my service for no reason at all. They kept sending me texts about how I qualify for unlimited data & talk plus 10gb of hotspot but when I called to find out why, the agents were all Indians & had no idea what they was talking about!

That's what I had to do many times until Verizon got that the phone was not coming back to their network. It works great and QLINK gives you several choices of what to choose in case the phone is limited.

And by using TMOBILE they have the 5G network that Dish Wireless is using to rollout their 5G Cell and Internet services on. Their servers are fast. Because they are tuned for primarily 5G, and not 5G as an after thought.

Safelink Wireless was a lot easier then Q-Link. And they accept more types of phones.

SafeLink used I believe Verizon towers or Sprint. Not sure but I know that Q Link uses TMobile.

Qlink accepts any phone, except in needs to be unlocked. It can't have carriers like verizon or at&t, etc

I subscribed to Q-link in 2020, but it stopped working at my location and it took them 6 months to fix it. Meanwhile, I switched to TruConnect, but when they activated my phone they assigned me a new phone number. After trying for months to get my old number back, and filing a complaint with the FCC, I was finally informed by Q-link that I could only get my old number back if I resubscribed to their service, so I did. I haven't had any more issues so far. I have no regrets about leaving TruConnect, as their customer service was atrocious.
