Ive had Qlink for 3 days and so far so good, service is great everywhere, whenever i do a speed test the numbers are very low, but it loads KZbin videos and everything else like a charm

I dont know if it depends on the area but where Im at the service is trash, I use 2 phones and I put one of them on qlink to save money ive had it for 2 months and the service is ok for like 1 week out of the month but the rest of the month is useless if you try to stream something like spotify or youtube forget about it, if you just text and talk then u are straight, apps that need internet always pop up like there is no service, I know its free but what good is free when something is useless

there are some comments mentioning the speed. Trust me, this is a better option. I’m on contract with AT&T, paying them 88 a month and the speed of the internet is just as slow, calls drop whenever I’m inside buildings and other areas. You’re better off saving yourself money

I have a TMobile OnePlus 9 Pro phone. Upon setting up my Q-Link service, I indicated that my phone was locked. Upon receiving my Q-Link SIM card, I reset my network service on on my phone, it worked like a charm.

I have had this service for a while now but my download and upload speeds went from 175 dl 15 up and now it barely is getting 2 dl . 8 up. I have called customer service multiple times and they tell me that I need to go outdoors to get better speeds. Went outdoors same result. It doesn't make any sense. My girlfriend has the same service and we have the same exact phones and hers is getting 175 dl 15 up. Also our phones are T-Mobile locked phones and the SIM cards work in ours

If you understand Hindi or English with a very strong Hindi accent then you can get a hot pepper phone that goes dead in 1 hr if you use it.but you get what you pay for.unlimited data means about 20 gbtes so don't plan on much u tube or internet.when you call and they tell you how to buy extra data on an unlimited service you already know that unlimited has a different meaning.but everybody I talked to was very polite and I talked to a lot of q link associate's to get mine working.

I got it working with my us cellular samsung s10 locked phone but somehow the t-mobile option was there. Been a HUGE BLESSING to get free unlimited service even if it's slower it works fine. I was a wifi user only and finally hooking my phone up that I had already was a big time win. Can't believe it's true, lol. No more cheap Obama phones, lol

The speed does not look good with qlink but I never had a problem with that and compared to assurance wireless Sure it's might have a fast speed but then I can't use it on any device there's some card

Best to get another opinion. This is his speeds in his location inside this building. He gave you a hint that in his bathroom cellular service gets cut. That means his building is the cause of the bad service. This information is good to know though.. especially if you live in an older home that doesn't use drywall. Newer homes that use drywall will get better service

Literally the only reason I'm transferring. I've had assurance wireless since 2015. When they switched from sprint to T-Mobile the speeds were significantly better. Only switching to Qlink now because I can use on any device and it's still T-Mobile service so hoping the speeds aren't too bad.

his low service issue has to do with his location where he is using the service. other people in the comments section have said they got good faster connection speeds. Qlink uses the Tmobile network so shouldn't be a problem

Lifeline only allows one Lifeline service per household. The real tip people not telling others is that it's all about your taxes. If your family members can claim that they not your dependent, then they can get service, even if they live at the same address as you. If all your family members do their own taxes, then they can get Lifeline.. but remember, all y'all gotta show last years taxes that you didn't claim each other as dependent.

Got qlink for unlocked phone my samsung note20 ultra 5g from att i payed for unlocked service then got sim kit i insert doing speed test is 209mbps download is very fast and no mobile hotspot feature no data come out and now super slow download speed and getting bad quility video is 480p on youtube why they trottled?

probably you over using your data.. 480p uses a lot of bandwidth especially if u use it all the time. all cellular services throttle after a certain amount of data is used. If not, could be that people who actually pay for the subscriptions get priority over your service. Since the service piggy backs on Tmobile towers, Tmo subscribers get priority. People on government assistance get the last priority over others, so during peak hours your downloads/uploads will be slower. If I were you, I'd keep track of the clock when you see lower speeds, so that you can figure out when you can reschedule your usage

sounds like your location is bad. Try getting a 4G cell phone booster to get more bars in your area. Qlink website says they support 4GLTE and 5G service. Not everywhere has 5G

I signed up for QLink but I had to give the imei # to the phone I was going to be putting the sims card in along with other information. I got a bit nervous and Googled if QLink is legit. I'm so confused bcuz there's information about them being raided by the FBI for running scams then there's information saying it's a legit government ran program. I do all my banking, paying of bills etc with my phone so I'm not sure about inserting a sims card that didn't come with my phone.
