I am really upset. I hope you guys are recording & listening to your reps when they talk on the phone. I called for 2 simple questions & the guy (Abel) was smacking gum in my ear the entire time & I finally asked him to stop, he starting rubbing his mic to make loud noises. I am beyond sick & I am just trying to get help & this man was so rude & treated me like garbage. Am I poor? Yup! I am now bc my disease took everything from me. Do I deserve classism treatment? Nope! I don’t care who you are. He’s got me in tears & literally shaking. It’s also ableist, because I told him I’m sick. I’m disappointed in my fellow humans right now.

Only 51GB for data and unlimited does not mean unlimited for text/calls either. Review at Q link. If you use 51GB data then it shuts down and you cannot use anymore unless you buy it. UNLIMITED DOES NOT MEAN UNLIMITED.

I used my own phone I get unlimited talk, text, and data cause of the ACP. T mobile is amazing in my area and I get over 100mbps in 2023

I get 10-40 times that with Assurance Wireless. But their phones are trash and they wont let you8 bring one that isn't. You can't win either way. The speeds you are getting are unusable.

@@ATR20pR How? I've been told in no uncertain terms that the only phone I am allowed to use is the trash they give me or sell me (not my pick. I pay them and they send me whatever shitty phone they have on hand at the moment). So I just use it as a wifi hotspot at home. That's all it's useful for. Would love to have an actual phone.

With all due respect, you are the first person I have ever heard say that they were able to use their own phone on Assurance Wireless.

I left Assurance because no BYOP Speeds were great , now on Safelink I get UL data (throttled at 65 GB) 270+megabits down/20+ up , And Safelink has 15GB hotspot at full-speed 5G Assurance it was 5 or 10GB.
