When I'm in QCT I see the Grace logo on screen & when bobbin runs low I don't see a red lite on my 21 Pro. You forgot to mention the great Support & Tech'l customers receive.

I have a 21 Pro. (I updated from a 15 Pro) Can someone make some demos please using the open toe attached to the backside of the needle bar? I typically stitch left-to-right, top-to-bottom, why is the opening not on the right? I know I can position the hopping foot on the left side of the needle bar - but that means I have to keep changing the hopping foot collar if I change between ruler foot and open toe foot. Do you have any plans for a different ruler base in the future? With more table in front (another 1 1/2" please?)

Maybe you should practice these videos a bit more. Camera doesn't keep up with showing actual work space being demonstrated. I'd like to see more videos on the actual programming use.
