Once I gave in and bought a Q MiniFix I was sold on Q products. Then I grabbed the trash panda and thunder chicken. The quality and engineering is the best on the market. Oh and the customer service warranty is also the best in the business. I am sold on their products and will be buying more. And I am not rich! No regrets.

Agreed. Everyone thinks I'm crazy, but I'm always happy with my purchases. I'm currently hoping I can get someone to do a threaded barrel for a 30 super carry(people find that thing to be crazy or a waste, but i like it. Just like people who like the 5.7.. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder peeps. My eyes stay within my budget. Now I've been researching for 2 years to buy myself a hunting rifle, and its going to be an 8.6 from Q. As to what model, that's all depending on the release of the bang box. By the way, any update? 😅

PSA CHEAP PHUCKS! Bro literally called it how it is! I was skeptical as F until I got the trigger. Zeroed an ACOG REFLEX with the triangle reticle (look it up young boogers), zeroed at 25m and confirmed at 300m, plinked 2/60 times at 600m (I know shit) but if you tune your rifle, zero it just right and throw their trigger in. I’m going to get another for the mk12 mod h and mod 0. Triggers are what they claim to be. If you haven’t shot the fix or hb, find a range that has one and just ask if you can feel the trigger (kinda gay) but if you can afford it, I’d say their gas blocks, stocks, but 1ST GET THE trigger! Completely different ballgame. I only bought 5 because if I were to buy 31, the wife would notice. Give it a try before frying the guy! Go touch grass or something. ❤

Having both, Areo is the middle ground for quality to price.... I hate admitting it but having Q and PSA i LOVE my PSA 400$ rifle it has served me very well many rounds and it is the loaner rifle. range day toy and honestly it doesnt shoot the greatest but it squeezes the bullets and hits the target. the Q badger... oh is just Silk, and just absolutley a dream on the hunt. Never complained about the weight, accuracy, or smoothness. "premium" no, that is not the real argument here, it is what do you "need/want" and some people want cheaper that squeezes. Smart spending and avoiding trends or "name brands" for clout.... daniel defence, noveskie, ect... you get the idea expensive for a copy or a "name" and spend the same! never owned a name brand shirt with tags on it, and wasnt till i had cash did i buy a new car, when i needed it. "more a want"

Some Aero parts are fine, but they definitely do not build 100% solid 10k rd rifles by the barrel... I still buy plenty of Aero parts and mounts for various builds, but the equivalent atleast in durability of the 2010's and before Colt 6920's in today's market is more BCM or a few other smaller assembler companies using quality everything... Basically the Toyota Camry AR but with MLOK... I'd say a complete Aero upper/gun is still in the Hyundai/Kia market... A step up from cheap PSAs, but they do still have some pretty common QC issues, and cheap out on pretty damn important parts like barrels... Once again I still use Aero parts, but they just all aren't the same quality as other brands manufacture or use, but then again most people won't ever shoot more than 4k through a single AR, and they do have a warranty, so it seems just as good... I still buy their lightweight scope mounts even after breaking one in half 🙄 But It's not going on an end of the word/duty rifle so I don't mind... Other companies make the mounts for that use case... I will never pay full price for a DD rifle (and kinda just hate DD) but it is certainly 99% gonna last longer than an Aero gun, same with a Geissele upper, but once again you've gotta pay that $600 "name tax" that keeps their QC department slowed down enough to earn that name tax... There is a reason those brands are popular and trusted even if they use that name/reputation as a reason to charge more... 😐 (I'm just glad Mark LaRue and Bill Geissele don't like each other, so LaRue MBT triggers are often $100, but Schmidt triggers and also great without paying that "Geissele" tax, but are they just as good? Not really, even though I buy more of them than Geissele 😂 Same reason I use Aero parts, I have multiple projects and don't need the best in every build, but I can admit that I'm doing that to save some money and that it's really often not "just as good" in totality, simply good enough for my specific use... There is always value to be found, but premium is actually pretty premium if the company had the track record to show it... Would I take an LMT over a BCM? ABSOLUTELY 😉

Other than the fix, their rifles are pretty mid. The feature set for the sugar weasel and honey badger are pretty normal for most companies now. Same goes for their suppressors. In the end, no hate for Q, but LMT has cut their teeth on the killing fields and proved themselves.

Especially at higher price points. I would switch up the marketing a bit. I think bragging about having all these new concepts and just saying you tested it doesnt instill alot of faith at the price point. I think most people would go with solgw over a Q rifle because of their focus on getting it as best as it can be. Not as flashy as it can be with edgy teen marketing attitudes. I'll be honest the first Q product I ever saw was this dude at the range with a Q supressor shooting 300blk and I was like holy shit who makes that. That was the high point in my relationship with Q once I got online I realized that you were just this super rich villan dude.
