This was amazing and we need more of this. Not a lot of people talk about it and if they they don't actually give answers. From my little experience I have realized that the way to test and AI model is to create scenarios. How do you get scenarios? Some could be as simple as the speaker explained where men don't buy dress. Others could be features that your team implemented like ignoring the outliers in a streaming fashion and a lot of them would come from your predictions actually failing. So you monitor the system and look for these scenarios and create automated testing suite for them. I wonder what other ways people test their AI models. I am so intrigued.
