Qantas A330 Business Class From Melbourne To Perth | An Excellent Experience!

On the 31st of August I flew from Melbourne to Perth on the Qantas A330-200 in the Business Class cabin. Safe to Say this flight was an excellent experience with friendly and attentive cabin crew, a great meal... and who doesn't like a seat massage at 40000ft. Although I have flown in business class on the QF787s with the same product, it was still a great experience and I am looking forward to flying on the a330 in the future, preferably on a long haul flight.

Great trip report! The hard product is nice, although the seats right next to the window are nicer as they keep you a distance from the passengers walking by. I flew on the 787 seats to LAX and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to some of your future longhaul videos!

Thanks Michael! For sure, the last time I was on the 787 I also had the bulkhead on the isle side, it was a lot better being closer to the window.. feels more private as well.

Finally there's WiFi on the A330! Have they modified the transcon meal service because of COVID? What happened to the white linens? 😦 Great report , as usual. I'm trying to get back on the A330 transcon as well for November. Fingers crossed!

Yep!! I never had wifi on previous flights with QF on the A330… it’s been about 3 years so they have definitely made some changes there. Meal service seemed fine to me… maybe mine was slightly different because of my dietary restrictions… or who knows, maybe they forgot? Thanks Ryan! Looking forward to your JQ787 video this week!
