When being drunk is progressive, and being sober and able to think with your head is backward, and dr Norman Finkelstein said: "When Europeans came to North America, the thing they said about the native Americans was that they were so barbaric, because they walked around naked. The European women were wearing three layers of clothes. Then they came to North America, and decided that the native Americans were backward because they all walked around naked. And now, we walk around naked, and we say that the Muslims are backward because they wear so much clothes".

Qatar is trying too hard to manipulate the narrative and it makes me lose all respect for them and anyone that defends them. Comments like these showing up on top of any videos criticizing qatar, plus the fact that the video of that guy getting up and leaving mid interview is nearly scrubbed from the internet. It's being deleted at an alarming pace.

People are always talking about slave labour and how sexual behavior is not allowed in Qatar. I would say that Qatar has no workforce which is needed to build all the facilities for the world cup. This is why immigrant workers are employed to build the stadiums. There is no slavey involved. Sports has nothing to do with sexual behavior and drinking which everyone is complaining about. If you respect the culture and stop arguing about nonsense maybe you would see that everything is okay and normal. Its a muslim country and we are sticking with our culture and beliefs. If you wish to drink or have sexual feelings to each other, you could go to a hotel or somewhere where it is between you,out of the public.

You're punishing people for being who they are. There is way more to Middle Eastern culture, cuisine, customs, clothing, music. Don't get rid of this, but slaves who cannot leave the country because the government has their passport and are being worked to death, women who cannot leave the house without a male guardian, and killing people for being gay when you cannot control it isn't culture. Just look at the body language of the interviewer, she's judging without really listening. Western media always think they are the best and can express their displeasure, no matter how unreasonable. Even after the mister said please respect our conservative culture and modesty, she continue to push. If you don't like their culture or their country, don't go. The entire tournament will be broadcasted, every game of it. You'll be sure, every single broadcast in the west will be led by Qatar human rights and their LGBTQ+ question. The western media always think confrontation is how to change behaviour. Have they been successful? no. This is about soccer so please leave it at that.

Reasons to Boycott FIFA world cup in Qatar 1. The Stadiums and other structure are build on the cost of life poor labours who die during work till now more then 7000 workers have been die 2. Khafala system were the qatari citizens take the passports of migrante worker and don't paid their wages for months force them to work more the 14 hours a day without giving them a single leave in week 3 .Corruption it is clearly visible why FIFA choose Qatar in place of countries like South Korea , Japan , and Australia who are playing FIFA world cup regularly and already have many world class stadiums and infrastructures and a very Huge local. Fans compare to Qatar 4 .Violation of human rights of women how are not even allowed to entry in Stadium in Arab countries and they treat women as an object 5. Location play games like football in a desert were heat is 40°+ even in winter not only players but also fans who go there will also suffer from dust heat and also they will see the real face of Qatari people
