hi! i want to ask, does the hotel not provide food/room service hence you hv to got eat at the lounge instead?

It was during COVID, so not at that time. It may provide it now? But going to the lounge was free and we didn't want to pay extra for a meal when we can get it for free at the lounge.

Thanks for watching our video. The answer is no. The Oryx Lounge is for Priority Pass members. You can pay an additional fee to enter, but it's not included in the price. There are 3 different airport lounges really close to the Oryx Hotel. Many more restaurants nearby. But you have to pay to enter. We used our priority passes so we were able to enter all 3 of them. They're all very nice lounges.
