the population increasing rapidly literally in 20 years increased 2.3m in 2000 the population was around 600,000. In addition u can't just separate the citizen from the residents because most of football matches you will notice they are more of none Qataris people. This stadiums were built for everyone lives in Qatar. Moreover some of the stadiums will be donated to other poor countries. Furthermore Qatar will host a lot other sport events in the future such as AFC Asian Cup 2027 and Asian Olympics 2030. Build for affluent people. But it's needed in that part of the world to diversify into future economy. Few rich nations in middle east should consider building self sustaining " mega agriculture cities . " They have money to experiment in such futuristic concepts.

The pandemic won't be over for many years to come, because governments didn't react when they had the chance.

@@GlobalAdventurer Yeah tell me about it. Some people are thinking that they're not very concerned about it because they already know how to stop it but they're using it to cut down the population to a more manageable size just to save time, money and resources. That does sound like our government. Everyone's saying they're all in. But then instead of passing anything they send letters to the president begging him to do something. He's waiting for them to give him something to sign! It's like a bad Abit and Gesteloe routine.

@@GlobalAdventurer I think the world will just start living with covid now. Now that vaccine rate are high in some countries, those countries are starting to open up again. I don’t think we’ll ever get rid of covid. We’ll get stronger vaccines and medication for it so it will become more of a nuisance like the flu.

@@rachelcookie321 Yes. Because they won't have a choice. The experts say things will stay as they are. Up and down surges for at least 5 years and end up as a endemic.
