Fun Fact : During the 2022 world cup , Qatar didnt have enough hotels to host everyone , so they had fan villages in more than one place just like anyother city hosting the world cup , but also they had cruise ships anchored around to host people for a month.. Qatar definetly had one of the best Football World Cups..people loved it there.

Been there a few times. A generic country with no authentic culture or experience. A Burger King on one corner, a Zara on another. Work done by 1.5 million migrants, while citizens chill somewhere in AC rooms. I can only compare it to Jabba the Hutt's palace. After this, I went to Azerbaijan which was far more authentic. I agree Riyadh is stifling- but Jeddah is a beautiful and a more vibrant city.

Welcome Nora to your beautiful channel In fact, I would like to comment on some of the comparisons made between Riyadh and Qatar in terms of urbanization and civilization between the two countries. In fact, the comparison is correct at this level, but the difference is in terms of terrain from rocky mountains, valleys and wildlife in addition to beautiful and virgin coasts that are not trodden by tourism yet. It just needs cars to move around in that vast desert environment, of course, and it might be expensive for many.
