As a "central / western european (swiss) dude" I cannot understand, why "our" community is not strong enough to hold against that nonsense that comes from our guys in the east... maybe I'm not deep enough in that whole BC sh** since one year and I keep just playing and enjoying the joy that GWENT still brings me (thx to creators like QCENTO!)

I played in 2021 and returned a week ago. I was really surprised about the online - around 1k of players everyday only on Steam. I was surprised as well because my superold enslave Nilfs was still good lol. Happy new year btw

What are your guys thoughts on monster factions. Honestly my favorite. I have basically all of them. I want to know what deck are good for climbing. I am loving your frost deck

Each faction will have some strenghts and weaknesses. Monsters are awesome at point slamming (make a ton of points really fast, that's why it is recommended to new players), but lacks the ability to control the game (purifying, poisoning, in which factions like Nilfgaard excel at). Some monster decks you can look out for are White Frost, Relicts and the Endrega Larva Spam based on thrive synergies. To my knowledge those are the best right now. You have other stuff as well, for example Vampires who, while not as strong, can be pretty fun to play with
