Hubsan Zino Mini SE & Pro - How To Replace Leg / Arm

Hubsan Zino Mini SE, Pro and Exo Blackhack Mini Pro all use the same leg/arm. I did not make this video with the mention of EXO because they have such great customer service LMAO but they are all Hubsan's for the most part and will use Hubsan SE and Pro parts as well.

Hey Chris, was that my old Pro arm you used for this repair? In that case at least my dead Pro was able to give life to other drones.....

@@charlestoast4051 it very well could have been. I take and strip down the unrepairable drones, donated drones and cheap crashed ones I buy from time to time on ebay and put all the parts in bins.

Tout mes veux pour cette nouvel année , comme tu le fait remarquer il est difficile de trouver des pièces . Je suis à la Recherche d'une nappe de connection ACE-PRO gimbal morte 0x2000 , mais Hubsan ne veut pas la fournir . Aurait tu des infos afin de pouvoir ce la procurer . Cordialement

The only way to get the gimbal flex cable for that drone is to beg hubsan or exo for it. Good luck because both are not very helpful to their customers. Thanks for watching ✌️

Have you ever tried using CA glue and just fix the broken leg? You can even use an accelerator to instantly set the glue. Just asking.

I have used those type and other similar products in different situations with plastic and wood materials but I would never do that for a customer wanting something actually “Fixed”. Honestly I hate when I see someone post something they glued if parts are available.

You made it look easy. I have an OG mini that one of the motors is just a little lose, just enough for the props to scrape each other. I figure it's cracked inside and would need a new arm. What's your guess.

I would have to see it to say for certain but I don’t fully understand what you mean by the motor being loose and props scraping each other as a result. Do you mean they are scraping the drone? I have a lot of parts if you want to send it to me. 👍🏻

@@QCGUY The props don't hit the drone. It's where the motor is seated, it has a slight wobble I guess would be a better way to describe it. The motor still spins freely though. The other three motors are seated tight.

hey there i just had two good flites with my mini pro had a wee bit of jello but it was cold the gimble rubbers are to hard thats my opinion roll on the summer happy flying from the uk ps when i fuck up ill send you my remains

That happens with some drones in the cold winter months. You are correct it’s the dampers that are stiffening up in the cold 🥶
