I had problems with those headset, they arrived today and I couldn't play Valorant since it sounds delayed and it's very noticeable. Then I tried it on my old notebook (model 2017) and the sound cuts out. When I use it on my phone, it works perfectly. Anyone know what can it be? or I will have to return it tomorrow.... regards

It's not the headphones it's Bluetooth on a whole while gaming there is always a delay phones have a lower latency so wouldn't notice as much that's for games. Videos and movies is fine it's just games. You'll have to go wired. Also most phones support aac which is a better codec over Bluetooth. Your other devices is most likely using the older sbc which isn't that great to

Absolutely yes! Mine is connected to my pc for watching movies and gaming.

@@positivemind769 Right click on the speaker icon at the bottom right corner of your PC. Select "Open Volume Mixer" and see if your headset is muted. If yes - click on the muted speaker Icon to un-mute it.
