I love Americans a319s on short routes, it beats a crj any day, but I have got a a321 on my flagship route and last flight of tus-phx.

👍🏽 . I’ve never flown short haul with A319s in AA mainly because I usually get sent on the ERJ or CRJ aircraft but I’ve flown the A319 from Phoenix to Minneapolis-Saint Paul and it was not bad but American should add IFES on their 737s and the rest of their A320 family fleets.

3:03 actually some of AA’s A319s have IFE screens, A trick: look at the wing. If it has normal winglets that means there are no IFE screens but it it has sharklets which are the very big winglets that means it has IFE screens. This applys to all of AA’s A321s (non neos or any form of extra fuel). All of AA’s a320s have no IFE screens because they all used to be US Airways.

The 319s aquired from US Air/America West do not have IFE. The 319s purchased by American, (6 years old) all have touch screen IFE. They mostly flight international routes, to Canada or Columbia, and then Washington D.C. flights.

If you ever fly out of Charlotte to a big city in the us you can basically expect to fly the a321 to that city because the a321 owns Charlotte

True. When I went to Minneapolis-Saint Paul from Phoenix I saw that the A321 also flies on the route and I felt lucky when my fam came to visit since they got on it while I ended up going on the A319 when I went. The A321 and the 737 kinda own almost every hub AA controls though since I saw an A321 next to the A319 flying me up to Minneapolis which was headed to Des Moines in Iowa and a 737 nearby was headed to San Antonio in Texas

Did you buy the pizza sub before you boarded. Do they even sell something to eat In First Class. I wanted to fly first class round trip to Hawaii from DFW but the video I saw showed the only difference was People In First Class got a can of soda pop. I'm starting to think that it's not worth the difference in price. How many movies can you watch in 45 minutes? Flying first class has always been on my wish list. There seems to be a hole in my bucket. Does it really make much difference during the pandemic?

Regarding your question about a bare metal A-319: it’s be interesting to see, but Airbus aircraft can’t be bare. Their type metal finish requires them to be painted.

Considering you're 3" taller than I ,am surprised you chose a bulkhead seat. Viewing your vantage point,even that looked cramped. Do you have some sort of GoPro camera mounted on your left shoulder? Noticed how you were able to film the jetway scenes while your hands were occupied with the full size camera. Did you overnight at ATL?

yes...it would look beautiful ...unpainted....down - side is many parts are non-aluminum...i remember their A300s..with the gray composite tail in light gray...maybe a old 727......the airforce cargo aircraft in my time were a natural finish

4 boarding groups is enough for a quick flight. (Priority access/high level AAdvantage/oneworld members + First Class + Premium Economy + Economy). Their boarding process is ridiculous.

Not much of a first class product to review on this 45 min domestic flight. It is a tiny first class cabin. No lounge review - Admirals Club?. No F&B review since there was no meal service, but what about drinks? I presume they served complimentary beer & wine but were spirits (especially scotch) available? Good that you pointed out the wifi cost.

Video is great. Music mix is great. But such a short flight, why not just take a bus? What's your hurry to get to downtown ATL 3 hours before the bus would get you there? Much cheaper, too! Just kidding, I know this channel is all about you flying, but you're kind of restricted as to where you're flying these days. I just thought about this for a second. You're an American so you cannot fly international to many places at all this summer/fall, can you? You cannot even fly to Canada anymore now! So all of your flights are USA to USA these days? And pretty short hops. Maybe you could take us to Hawaii for a few weeks this winter? Certainly, you could take us to many places in Puerto Rico this winter, maybe from Montana, Alaska or somewhere else cold and snowing.
