QiGong of Light (also known as "Light QiGong") is a form of QiGong that is based on the visualization and direction of light energy within the body. This practice is less traditional than some other forms of QiGong and may be interpreted and taught differently by various teachers or schools. Here are some basic features of Light QiGong:
1. Visualization of Light Energy: In Light QiGong, practitioners imagine inhaling or directing light energy into their bodies. This visualization can serve to activate energy centers within the body and promote the flow of Qi.
2. Breathwork: Like most forms of QiGong, breathing plays a crucial role. Practitioners often focus on deep, calm breathing to harmonize the energy within the body.
3. Movements or Static Postures: Light QiGong can include both movements and static postures. Movements may be slow and flowing, similar to other QiGong practices, or they may involve simple exercises aimed at supporting the imagination and direction of light energy.
4. Meditation and Mental Concentration: The practice of Light QiGong often involves meditation and concentration to enhance the mental and energetic connection. Practitioners may concentrate on the visualization of light and attempt to guide it within the body.
5. Promotion of Health and Energy Balance: Similar to other forms of QiGong, Light QiGong is practised for the promotion of health, relaxation, and the restoration of energy balance within the body.
It's important to note that Light QiGong is not a traditional form of QiGong and may not be recognized by all QiGong traditions or teachers. The effectiveness and specific benefits can vary from person to person, and it's advisable to learn this practice under the guidance of a qualified teacher, especially if you are new to the world of QiGong.
Our QiGong of Light and Love is a special form of QiGong we learned from the Swiss teacher Andreas Donata Hoffmann and combined it with the Essene wisdom.
As you can see in the video we love to perform this meditation practice in the morning sunlight. It includes mindful movements of your arms, often forming the symbol of a heart and the symbol of infinity.
"Feel the light on your body.
"Visualise the light within you.
"Transform or combine this energy with the energy of your heart, with Love.
"Feel your body fill with Light and Love.
"Accept your Being-As-You-Are.
"Accept the world as it is.
"Greet the sun.
"Be grateful for the sunlight.
"Fill your body with light.
"Fill your body with love.
"Greet and bless all God's creation around you.
"Greet and bless all co-beings in this world.
"Accept that this life and this world has joy and pain.
"Shine. Shine in light, as you want to bring light into the darkness. Shine.
"Shine. Shine in Love, as you want to bring Love into this world. Shine.
"Wish all Creation and all co-beings, your brothers and sisters, a joyful, peaceful and fulfilled Life.
„I am Life. I am Consciousness. I am Peace.“
„I am in unity with everything that is.“
„I am.“
"End this meditation with the mantra:
"Good thoughts.
"Good words.
"Good deeds.
