I am 54 with full blown osteoporosis! I did have a total hysterectomy in 2015 , gradually the bone degeneration has progressed. Listening to your story of broken bones when you were younger gives me hope and I think I can change the course of weak bones. Thank you

Thank you for sharing your story! We are far more powerful than we realize. It’s often difficult to see it when we are in the middle of our challenges. But hopefully this provided some helpful reminders. ❤️

I did a video about taking a product which extracts stem cells from your bone marrow. Combination of that with Carnivore diet is making me healthy again.

I learned a lot from Dr. Eric Berg. He said omega-3 is anti-inflammatory. I only thought of fish oil. I bought California Gold Omega-3. I took 5 to 7 capsules a day and in almost 2 weeks, I felt relieved from sciatica and then I added 5000iu D3 + 300mcg K2. In less than a month I was able to walk without a cane. I thank God for having found his channel and I can relate to ur story. I had a slipped disc due to an accident in 2019. I no longer take fish oil but eat sardines and mackerel regularly per Dr. Boz's recommendation.

I read the title and totally thought it was an episode about “right to repair cell phones” lol. Imagine my surprise. Good episode.

Thank you for this! My mom is all about tumeric and other natural things. As your grandma calling and checking up on you, my mom does it without fail. Even if I’m not sick but a bit tired, she tells me to come over so she can give me tea and other remedies. And man it works all the time. My mom doesn’t explain the science side of this as you do but now I will take this and put it to practice.

You can't solve a health problem by seeing a Doctor, you can however correct a drug deficiency by doing so.
@karl363056 минут бұрын
It has EVERYTHING to do with what you eat, the best drugs in the world is what you eat. Eat what your ancesters ate and you will NOT go wrong, that means meat from ruminant animals, milk and eggs along with good wholesome fruits and veg.

With the chocolate powder, will the benefits be destroyed by the hot water.

Generally, no! In fact, some compounds become even more bioavailable. The antioxidant content appears to protect many of the nutrients from damage. Still, look for the best quality/sourcing you can. 👍🏽
