I am still looking for my answer.... I have visited QI spine , thane west on 2018.... I have disc herniation in my L4 L5, L5 S1, That time when I asked QI doctor that how you guys are treated herniation part of punchared or tear disc then she simply reply " body will take care of it we only work on pain side" but I don't think it really works for a long... I have done a lot of physiotherapies but when I back to normal life again pain started... Now I finally understand why disc herniation or disc bulge is not curable because you can't fix a punctured disc while half of your body weight on it, when I back to my normal life then again new gel releases from my tear disc and convert it into hard fat then it is blocking the sciatica nerve... The best treatment for back pain is only and only exercises but it's only slows down your pain not fully cured...
