Fred MacCauley made at least 2 jokes in the original episode, that Stephen and the panel missed entirely. One was about Brian Blessed, “What’s the fastest way to get BB to the top of Everest?” “Fill a balloon with hot air and tell him to climb the mountain.” Whooshed over everyone’s heads! (Too high, maybe?) Then Stephen goes on about the boiling point of water at various elevations. He asks what the biggest problem would be with boiling water in the Mariana Trench (hypothetically, from the standpoint of atmospheric pressure,) and Fred mutters, “Couldn’t get the fire started.” (Too low?) The absolute best part of this episode was watching Stephen miss the jokes.

+Count Penta Well Sandi is Danish born but educated in Britain so I assume he family taught her the language of the old country.

She lived in Denmark up until the age of 14, when she was sent to school in New York, where she learned to speak English, albeit with pronounced Noo Yawk accent. Her cut-glass English accent was born because she felt self-conscious and modelled her speech on Celia Johnson, the 1940's film star.
