It takes two to tango and since Queen Wen refuses to dance, it can hardly be called a rivalry. Queen Wen is intelligent, smart (not the same) and has a work ethic that is hard to match. Navarro is an entitled, spoiled brat who will soon fizzle out - on the other hand Queen Wen is going places.
