QMX SWR TUNE FUNCTION

Your production quality is always top notch! I just completed my QMX+ build yesterday. I have a lot of QRP rigs without an SWR meter so it’s a great function. The swr protection has likely saved my butt a few times too. 73 de KI7QCF

Yes the SWR protection has saved me 3 times at least! Lots of xmit into an open load. If it was my QCX I would be changing finals. 73 and tnx fer the fb comment 73 de VK2AOE

I'm having a youtube ham radio evening and was becoming bored with shacks full of monitors and extra rigs and high speed fully automated cw...Blah!!( or Blat). I really enjoyed the bare bones qrp "shack" and will take my squid pole down to the sea. Glad to see you enjoying the small rig and its swr feature and nice views of NSW. @@williambrooks6629 Thanks Will…. I had a short time at sea as an RO. Only got a matter of months on WT ships (but happy to have had that time before GMDSS took it all away). Then most of the rest of the time on oil and gas facilities. Yes the basic gear makes it real and I’m glad to see many people still get pride from and see the magic of CW. 73 de VK2AOE

Your QMX+ firmware is out of date, because in the latest version, the SWR tune function is the top item of the menu, i.e. not the second... Current version is 1_00_027
