Depends on what factors you are asking. You can go to TVM websites and go to the contact section, and ask your doubts in the emails given there. In IISER TVM Msc scene is different because of new Msc course of 2 year which other IISER don't have. In short you can leave after 2 years of Msc for Phd at foreign university and if want to continue, you can continue in Tvm but some conditions need to be satisfied(which i am currently not aware of).Best of luck

Doesn't matter if you get it or not. Life doesn't end here. You can try for MSC in Iiser. Some people who got in early, might have a lead but that gap can easily be covered. Dedication and love for Science is all that matters. Work hard irrespective of your marks. Best of luck.
