QNAP - 5 years of dust + Fan replacement - Qnap TS-453a - Not as bad as I thought

The QNAP TS-453a was a mid-range NAS released over 5 years ago in 2016. Here I show the hard way to remove and replace the exhaust fan with an incorrect fan. Make sure you buy a 4-pin fan if you'd like to use speed control via QNAP hardware monitoring software.
