I think this video highlights the premise that beauty is not mathematical or formulaic. The idea that a model possess an elite tier of beauty is not true, I believe. Look at the Kardashians - they do not possess the typical mathematical ideal of facial or bodily aesthetic proportions, and would be rejected from the modelling sector because of this, yet they have truly redefined the beauty standards of this generation (for better, or for worse). Their fame and influence reflects this. Younger people are manifesting their aesthetics and beauty ideals after Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian, not high-fashion models like you constantly mention on this channel as being the pinnacle of beauty. Beauty is more than just a ratio or formula.

Hi Qoves Studio I completely understand your dilemma, many of the currently most popular people don't fit the scientific definitions of beauty, yet if you do only use people who do fit those definitions then the majority of your audience wouldn't know who you're talking about. It is a conundrum. I agree with you that when it comes to celebrities people rave about their beauty more because they're famous (money & status) than because of their looks. Though I do feel that we must not forget the lessons from your latest podcast which scientifically shows that for women when it comes to looks, the guys doesn't have to be a model, he just has to at least meet her "minimum" attractiveness requirements. Add in all 3 and most celebrities will naturally trigger the average woman's desire cues. This is why I would love for you to do an episode or a podcast on rappers. Many rappers are below average looking in my opinion, yet women rave about them all the time, so I'm wondering if enough wealth and status can override a person's lack of attractiveness? The 'it' factor about him is, like you said, his mysterious aura and very bad boy persona combined with his amazing falsettos and R n' B vibe. Idk if it’s a bit of placebo affect but I feel like his chin isn’t as recessed as it used to be, because when u look at him in movies like Creed 1&2 vs his newer projects like Creed 3 and just his current pics in general,his recession is WAY less noticeable. "Social status"? I feel like that is a weird one since this show talks about many successful actors who aren't considered as attractive and their celebrity and wealth doesn't seem to change that. I don't know, I'm gay and I think he's super cute. Like if I had a friend, I would set them up. I will say he does come off as a nice guy and that is very attractive, but that is also attractive on more conventionally good looking men like Chris Hemsworth. Being a good person, or appearing to be so, is always a great trait no matter who you are. It means more than anything in the long run.
