Do you have advice on how to use this feature if the guests don't have their phone available? For example, if a bride at the wedding comes to the 360 booth, if she even has her phone, she has no place to put it when it's time to spin the arm. Thoughts?

I like it but the booth would still need an attendant because the arm did not move

Depends on the platform. Some platforms can start automatically, like the Orcavue spinners.

Is there anyway we can record videos and then upload them on the software to be slowed down. Because am finding the software slow especially at busy events. When the Wi-Fi connection or at times am relying on my hotspot I loose videos completely. 😩

I recommend to enable Network speed settings in the setting of the app. That will automatically make sure that the video quality of the files that are sent out match the speed of your connection.

Well, it does not use the GoPro for scanning. It will always use the rear camera of the iOS device, so you can use this system when controlling the GoPro.

The camera would have to be facing the attendant when it stops everytime so you know when to start the spinning after their qr code has been scanned and accepted?

Hello, I was looking for the "slow motion" effect and apparently they removed it from the app on the iphone. I reviewed your tutorials and the effect is no longer there to incorporate it into the video

Slow motion is still available. You can find it when you go to the camera settings on your iPhone.

Some people get the link on their phone and they're able to see the video in their phone's web browser, but there's no option to download the video to the phone's gallery. Some people can, but other people can't, it happens with both android and iphone

I have the same issue. I realised this is because the client is trying to download it too quick after the video was shot. I don't think there is enough time for the video to be uploaded to the cloud. What I find, is if this occurs I ask client to watch thier video again on the sharing station and then start the process again, by then the video will be available and the download button appears.

@@raghebismail You can enable the download button option for the webgallery in the event. Go to Touchpix.com / My account / Events / Manage event / Edit icon / In the Sharing section enable Download. Submit the form and refresh the event in the Touchpix app.

Well, yes, sort of. You still use the camera of the iPhone or iPad for scanning. So you don't use the GoPro to scan the QR code.

You can use that data. Everything is collected and stored in your online dashboard that is connected to the app.
