Hey, I'm back and I was finally able to purchase a 360 booth. I noticed you had a mobile hotspot. I feel that is the best way to go. My question is how much or what range of data usage do you purchase when using these? I've been watching your videos and taking notes as if I was in class with all that you teach. I'm definitely trying to learn all I can to increase my knowledge of this business for sure. I do have my LLC, a website that's almost done and now I'm working on a few things for my set up. Please keep the knowledge going for sure. I know I am truly grateful for you and all that you continue to share. My next purchase is to get a U200 light.

STORAGE ON IPHONE and Sharing station IPAD: What suggestions do you recommend? I was testing my event and only had 29 videos on the sharing station and all the rest of files on my iphone which is on the 360. It kept recording and adding them on my phone but not on my sharing station. I can send them through the phone but that defeats the purpose of the sharing station. When I shared it from my phone it was received in less than 10 seconds. Again the sharing station was working (Ipad 10generation) Do you think I need to add more storage to my ipad?

I would try all of them. Sometimes neither of them worked. I’ve been using Snappic for the last few months. It seems with our sharing stations. There’s always some type of delay if the reception is not strong.

Not sure if you’ve gotten this fixed, but we had the same issue. You need to scan the code for the event you need to close to finalize closing. Then it will allow you to activate another event.

You don’t necessarily need to purchase a new iPad. I usually deliver the video directly from my phone.

Try using template 5 again and go into the phone touchpix settings and change it to ultra wide view if possible. If you're using a GoPro camera I don't know if this will be an option. I only use iPhones to record. Also try extending the arm out.

The URL code is located on Touchpix. You will have to access Touchpix on a computer and select gallery from your event. You will see an option for URL share.
