I'm amazed somebody buys a 60 grand + car, and sticks a shitty tuning box on it at all. Just need to wait until somebody cracks the ecu, and they will, eventually.

@@DjNikGnashers it’s because the new ECU hasn’t been hacked yet so they can’t tune it. Guess it’s just a stop gap but I’d just wait for the ecu to be cracked

@@freddiejones4598 Me too matey, seen a lot of issues with tuning boxes, and long term expensive engine damage. I didn't shove a tuning box on my M140i, just waited until the ecu was cracked, and then had a nice map, it's so smooth, and everything monitored to make sure it's safe. Edit to add, I bloody love those wheels !!!

Your very welcome to review my Stage2 M2 competition pal, 552bhp, 740NM with AA single mid pipe, decats etc etc 😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 running XHP DCT software. Love all the comments about “yes you can flash these cars blah blah” 🤣, gents do some research as of June 2020 onwards you cannot flash or bench unlock these new Bosch DME fact. Unfortunately tuning boxes are the only option to date. This applies to other marques also not just BMW.

AND IM TELLING You as an owner of a Tuned M2 Comp you can bench tune and flash these Post June 2020 cars if you know what you are doing. I AM PROOF. my car makes 373kw on a HUB dyno proven, with 800NM toruqe .. at the hubs. That equates to about 550hp and 800Nm.

I’ve owned a manual silver grey e46 m3 for many years with csl wheels and parts to improve it, these m2’s always remind me of a new age version of it, but dare I say not as nice on the eye 🥰😋 Only kidding absolutely beautiful car this one, would love one in the burnt orange colour, but would have to have it as well as the e46.

No you can’t bench flash the very latest June 2020 onwards cars, the new Bosch DME doesn’t allow this. Tuning boxes are the only way to achieve gains on these cars and others currently because of this.

Stock M2C on start up have more exhaust noise due the engine running more due to emissions laws most modded M2C have this coded out through software it's called "cold start delete" so it less noisy on start up...
