Think QT is testing out taking Ludwigs approach of Offbrand by having a company/business that supports other streamers without having to be the center of attention if/when she decides to quit streaming. Having a space dedicated to streaming is probably a lot more beneficial than a random streamer trying to find an empty space (likely not set up for streaming) and rent it out and figure out all sorts of logistics.

With so many streamers, idk how they filter the weirdos from just regular fans. Maybe im just a bit too anxious and introverted, but when streamers do irl stuff, i get on edge everytime fans come up to them. I have NO trust in my fellow humans when interacting with celebs

Kimi's was so bad that the guy served for 13 months and she took a year break partially because of his harrassment. Go look up the clip where he broke into IcePoseidon's house during stream and stayed there for 45 minutes.

They should take precautions and already do.
