I just came from Doha, I went to Souq Waqif specifically for the Thobe but I must have missed the shops, all I saw were food joints and tourist memorabilia shops , I will take a closer look next time o am there , lovely city by the way and the trains are spotless!

I really appreciate the details on your highly educational videos. If I were to visit any of the Emirates from America, is it considered an insult for me to wear your traditional Thobe and Shemagh? Can I be myself while wearing them or do I have to be reserved and stiff? I'm generally a Man that likes to laugh and tell jokes so I don't want to offend your customs or be out of place if I wear one. Thanks!
