I don’t keep the bell pepper whole, I cut it in half. I do cook the bell pepper in oven before filling it. For the char but I season it with salt pepper. Once I fill it, Put it back in oven I eat it all together. And I still put bell pepper pieces in filling.

My fiancé is from New Orleans, for some reason he never ate the pepper until I cooked it. For my stuffed peppers, I blanch the pepper. It’s so tender that you can’t help but eat it with the filling. I also cut my peppers the long way, so there’s more surface area. Chunks of pepper are surely, necessary.

i’m from new orleans and my family put it in the oven with a bit of water at the bottom of the pan so that the bell peppers will be softer , which makes me wanna eat it more but i still never eat the whole pepper lol and yeah i wish she cut it the other way idk it just seems for effective

I’m half Italian so my stuffed pepper recipe is like an Italian version but when I put them in the oven I put tomato sauce in the pan and coat them and cook until the pepper is like super super soft like almost the texture of roasted red peppers. Then I just cut into the pepper itself and get a bit of the filing with it. It’s so good

I use a green pepper alwayss. I cut it in half throw out the seeds and fill it with cream cheese, bacon, and mozzarella cheese and heat it up to melt the cheese . I eat it all the together. So yummy

My mother use to make stuffed bell peppers. But, I don’t too much care for bell peppers. Therefore, I’ve never cooked stuffed bell peppers. I like corn though, but that mayonnaise threw me off with that dish. I’ll have substitute Mayo with something else before I try that. The deconstructed s’mores with Reese’s looks good. The other melted dishes looks pretty good though. I am a very finicky eater. Sort of like Steven but I like some sauces. Hahaha 😂
