Patrick I quiet aggreed with you that the subvention from cental government shoud not have been tampered with by the Director of finance and chief executive Officer of Basse Area Council. The subvention was meant for development purposes and for personal expenses of the two stated chief officers of the Council.

Look Patrick you are not reasonable with the Wittnes. He says the receipt is provided and signed for accordingly but name of signatory not stated, for which he suggested taking the receipt to the fuel station and find out the officer who signed it and then have his or her name stated accordingly.
