Ref: 7:33 => The supplied "on-the-go" cable/s use a right angle connector end for the phone/iphone port. This may cause a problem because if the phone user has installed an impact (drop) resistant sleeve around their phone, the right angled connector hangs up on this sleeve and can't be properly inserted into the phone. A straight end connector, similar to the opposite end of the "on-the-go" cable would have been better for this reason.

I fly a couple of DJI’s Mini drones and have been bothered by birds mistaking it as a threat. Wonder if the Fimi’s bright orange fuselage is any help deterring bird attacks. Cheers from BC🇨🇦

It's functions are actually quite similar to those of the X8 se which is pretty old now. I guess it already was a great package. However it's much lighter and has less bugs.

No, you shouldn't need another drone. Since you've already purchased this one, it should do as it's very easy to fly. But as a new flier, I strongly urge you not to make the common beginner's mistake of seeing how high or how far it can go. Doing such almost always leads to disaster with new pilots. Keep it low and near until you've become very comfortable with controlling the drone, and using its features. The second most common mistake is beginner's trying their first flight in a confined area. This almost always leads to crashes with objects damaging the drone. To avoid this, make sure to fly in an open area/field, away from trees and buildings.

Have you tried calibrating the gimbal while the drone is on a flat level surface? It's the fourth icon down in the Fimi Navi Mini app's settings menu.

The GPS follow-me of the Fimi A3 was a billion times more usable in real life than this optical tracking. Look at the video. You can't even get he landscape in view. All you see it you from above. Also why do you call it 'Hubsan style?" Hubsan is GPS follow-me? Completely different.

This drone is capable of going MUCH further than that. Are you pointing the antennas properly? The flat sides of the antennas should be pointed at and facing the drone. Do not point the tips of the antennas at the drone, as that gives the worse reception. To aid in pointing, use the radar screen in the lower left corner of the app. That shows where the drone is in relation to you, along with the direction that you're facing. I have a few Fimi's and will never buy one again! Zero customer service and they are glitchy if you're serious about footage don't buy. If you get a broken one you will get no refund or no replacement but you will get months of emailing to China
