Double 16s are no joke when you start going high with the reps. A lot of people will overestimate their ability with KBs. Those little 16s are the real deal!

From my last sets had to be 10 minutes at 12 RPM with the 16s That was pretty rough funny 22 kg or my favorite double bells

My best is 20mins straight at 10rpm and it nearly killed me, im convinced, and i took two days off. Grant it, i wasnt training it regularly but im going back to it starting today, 3x per week with EMOMs to start.

What brand are those kettlebells you are using? Cause the yellow ones I see have a hole in the bottom. Also is there a difference with the one with the hole on the bottom vs the one you are using in the video? Thanks I'm advance and I appreciate the videos you make, they are very informative and motivating 💪
@kettlebellmusclegain6 ай бұрын
These are near vintage Valery Federenko WKC Kettlebells. Almost 15 years old they are solid with a fill. The new bells with a hole are very nice. Either kettlebells USA or kettlebell kings or pro kettlebell prokettlebell.com/online-store?aff=swing

Is anyone aware of videos like this that got for the full length of the workout? I’m looking for something I can follow from start to finish and mirror someone
@kettlebellmusclegain8 ай бұрын
Hello you may want to try some of my live videos some are follow along but I generally don't produce just follow along videos because that means it would be a person that is very close to my capabilities. And that may be you or that may not be you so I like to give people general advice guidelines instead of follow along exactly in certain amounts of time

@kettlebellmusclegain Жыл бұрын
I use belt for KB sport. My reps are usually 24 to 75 per set. Used for endurance and to make my body more efficient t for rack as I cannot reach elbows to hips

All of the best athletes in kettlebell sport use them for jerks and long cycle. It is not NECESSARY as in a rule but it is beneficial.

Why thw belt does it help so much?
@kettlebellmusclegain Жыл бұрын
For very heavy weight or kettlebell sport jerk it's added support. It doesn't do all the work as your torso should be doing as much as it can It is just extra for safety
