nice video luis...I remember a childrens book years ago "we all poop" .....think thats what the title was..anyway...many ways for having a "program"...some people need a little assistance....I did the (morning program) for a high quad years ago.... the night guy put the magic bullet in before I arrived...so my shift started with a bang...digi stem..later..incents were also used to help deflect some of the ....smell....thanks luis :)

Fantastic! You have worked out and amazing regimen to do it yourself. I used magic bullets at Shepherd. I found that I can get a two day schedule using EnemEez, which is more gentle.

No particular reason. That’s what I was taught to use for digital stimulation at the shepherd center so that’s what I went with when I switched to using an inserter. I actually went from lube to Vaseline for my cathing as well. Can’t speak on whether that’s safe but I found it to work better. Haven’t had any issues.

Hola! Y claro. 1. Lo colocó en la cama. De ahí tengo 5 minutos antes de que empieza trabajar para llegar al toilet. Con este supositorio no hay que hacer estimulaciones digitales. 2. Trabaja sin estimulación. 3 o 4 veces . 3. 30-45 minutos pero de vez en cuando me he demorado una hora.

Hey! Doing well. Look up 'go mobility solutions shower chair' and you should be able to find this one. I will say that the one side downside is that it's pretty heavy compared to some alternatives. My next travel shower chair will be something different because of this. Besides that it's super sturdy and it has lasted me for years.

I try to stay away from surgeries if at all possible. I guess this might look kind of complicated but for me it’s relatively easy and it gives me time to slow down and read a little. If my stomach gets upset I just do my program. I’ve been fortunate to not have any accidents. Maybe if that was an issue I would explore other options.
