Thanksgiving in Canada, is in October. You can't wear a bag with a flip flow valve? I like that fashion statement. I'm getting a suprapubic catheter and will use a flip flow valve and I will also be sporting a bandana because I think you look really cool with yours. I will have a prosthetic leg though...will the pee rust it 🤔? Silly question, but a legit one. Advanced Avascular Necrosis and all...on top of a C4 incomplete injury. I am such a lucky duck 🐥

I had a sci and had surgery and still got recidivism from that surgery back in 2010.. Since I’m more active now that after the surgery.does your condom cath leak ? Is so what do you do to prevent it?

Just wondering, do you get a lot of UTIs? I change my leg bag once a week and I always sanitize the connections with alcohol swabs and my carers wear gloves but I still get UTIs all the time

I have been very lucky and don’t get UTIs often. But I make sure I drink a lot of water every day and take a cranberry pill every day

@@zackcollie3364 I drink about 3 L of water a day, take d-mannose with cranberry extract, vitamin C, multivitamin, and I used to take cranberry supplements also, but so far nothing seems to help.

No I only use the dry shampoo when I don’t shower or in the mornings before I get up and at night before I go to bed. I think my insurance covers 35 a month
