Hey Zack, great channel, super informative. Have you ever discussed the financial aspect of your injury and the impact it's had on your family? Sorry if it's too personal. But seems like your mom cares for you and was wondering if she has help (and if she gave up a career to do so) and the cost of the special car, service dog, personal training. It scares me to think what happens to people with your injury if they don't have family or don't have family in a position to care for them. Thanks for doing what you do! All the best.

I thought it was extremely interesting that because of the nerve damage you don't regulate body temperature. I thought that was more controlled by the brain rather than the nerves in your extremities. It's interesting to me because several years ago I survived Guillion-Barre Syndrome and have permanent nerve damage in my legs. I feel for you in regards to the spasms because although my legs don't spasm regularly, if ANYTHING touches my foot my whole leg jumps and the reflexes in my legs are EXTREMELY strong (If the doctor doesn't stand to the side of me when checking my reflexes the resulting kick could definitely take out his shin. I've noticed since having GBS that I cannot sleep unless my room is extremely cold (When I can, I keep it at about 55 degrees F. Seeing your video makes me wonder if its related to my leg's nerve damage... I also notice my legs twitch violently RIGHT when I am about to fall asleep, but it's usually one one or two huge twitches and not continuous for any length of time. I am on Klonopin at night to try to control the leg spasms and it doesn't do a whole lot. I was wondering what medication you take for your leg spasms as I'd like to ask my neurologist if it's something I could try taking at night instead of Klonopin. Anyway, thank you for the channel, I've found it very interesting!

Use a typing aid. I prefer to use only one on which hand I’ll be typing and my other hand for using my mouse, but it’s way easier to use your iPad for note taking. In my Math class, I use Notability or Notes Plus apps, but I mostly use Notes Plus to do my homework on. I do it without a stylus pen, just use my pinky finger like you do when typing but you actually use it like your using a stylus pen. Goodluck bruh! :)
