Alright, the time has come. I'm finally rebooting the story thingamajigs 🔥 Instead of being my takes on the story or just recaps of what happens in-video, Imma take the lore from Discord and comments on KZbin, and put it into my own words for those who aren't in the server. (These also double as Timestamps now lmao) Part 1 (Part 2 chronologically because of the prolouge): Story: Presumably in the early days of the apocalypse sent upon Quahog, a family took it upon themselves to escape from the chaos. The family, in question, were a husband, wife and child. During preparation, their house was raided by the group 'Death's Shadow'. The father was killed by the raiders, while the mother and child were corrupted and killed out of self-protection. Their house was left abandoned, but a banner was planted by the raiders. The time is two weeks into the apocalypse. Both Stewie and Brian Griffin have been separated from the rest of The Griffins some time before these events. They have seeken refuge in the abandoned house. A few days prior, Stewie managed to capture a sample of The Darkness, trapping it in a jar and experimenting on it. Managing to create a cure sample, Stewie leaves the jar unattended to tell Brian of his success. The Darkness breaks out of the jar, attacking Stewie and causing him to fall down the stairs and spill the cure sample onto the ground. Brian hears the racket and checks up on Stewie, finding him in a mindless state. Stewie is freed by Brian, and notices him slowly becoming affected. He attaches the last several drops of cure to his gun, saving Brian's life. Timestamps: 0:00 'Mastermind' (affected Stewie vs Brian.) 3:18 Stewie is freed. 3:42 Brian begins to fall to The Darkness. 4:11 Stewie saves Brian.

Saw this in my recommended and damn this is epic. The instrumental is so simple but works so well with the chromatics. The art looks amazing as well. I usually don't like most Pibby family guy mods but this looks interesting. This sounds like a great intro song and it is judging from the story playlist. I'm gonna check the others out and give my opinions. And look back on the older versions.

I hope we get a more somber / quiet song in the future. I know that sounds random but an eerie song like that would be so out of place but in a way ominous. Like the darkness is a really dangerous thing. Idk maybe one of the people get corrupted and start to forget themselves. Edit : It's good to go all bases 😅.
