Yes, just have to make sure you get them on the skewer correctly depending on your cut and that it cooks through

Nice one, quails are a delicacy in the NWFP/Afghanistan as well. It would be wonderfull if you could do a series - interspersed with your normal cooking - on wild game like duck, guinea fowl, partridge, venison, etc. Hunting is a tradition in Persia and these have always been much sought after. 🌻
