I have a pair of Shelford 5051 modules. A few years ago, I some how connected the DC power supply incorrectly on one and smelled smoke :( Neve repair dept. was really great. I got a call from them, and they couldn't find anything wrong with it. They returned it to me with no service charge! First Class company! I love the Neve gear I own.

I've been supported by Elliot in the case of my Portico II Channel needing a new part. They sent it right out and helped me get it installed. Everything Elliot said in this video is 100% true. I felt very valued as a Neve customer by Elliot and the whole Neve team!
