How are these recharged? If used to power a Lightning Audio L 5600 for an hour at half volume....how many times can I use it before charging it?

I have mine grounded from the battery to the chassis and from the chassis to my battery in the trunk.

N I have 2 yellow top optima now. Doing just fine. Better than these as I've used in past and don't last. Northstar is way to go honestly
