Hi Danny, Look forward to viewing weekly. That was excellent angling. Quality roach like those take some catching. I was expecting the pike to grab one every time on the way in. Deffo a hybrid roach bream but they all count. Super net of fish.

Hi Danny, I was by the White house opposite last evening (Sunday) looking over the metal fence. The Ribble was no more than 3 feet away and only a couple of feet from coming onto the road.

having fished a few "hot spots" on other rivers the amount of pike anglers i see compared to actual pike activity is crazy, im with you i dont think theres many pike there but what is there can be quality

cheers steve, i took round 3 pints of hemp with tares mixed in, i put a pint into the 1.5kg of ground bait and prob fed a pint to pint half during the session as river was really flowing throug

12:36 - Roach / Bream hybrid - anal fin gives it away - still, a nice and welcome fish I'm sure. Some cracking roach there Danny - as for old Esox, he's just doing what he does!

cheers peter, i dont know in summer as i only fish it in winter and i do hear the fish migrate preston area winter but im sure there would still be plenty of fish about they cant all go, theres a lovely straight by london bridge upstream thats shallower but u am sure will be good in summer and its free
